This three-day fly-in safari begins and ends in Zanzibar, taking you to three of Northern Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife destinations: Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. Fly directly from Zanzibar to the Serengeti, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its vast plains and abundant wildlife. Continue to Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most extraordinary natural wonders, before finishing in Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Travel in a private 4x4 safari vehicle with a professional driver-guide, and enjoy comfortable accommodation, game drives and excellent opportunities to see the Big Five.

Day 1: Zanzibar to Central Serengeti
At around 6:00 AM, our driver will collect you from your Zanzibar hotel and transfer you to the airport for your 8:00 AM flight to Central Serengeti. You will arrive at Seronera Airstrip at approximately 10:40 AM, where your professional safari driver-guide will welcome you.After a short introduction, begin your first game drive in Central Serengeti. This wildlife-rich area offers excellent opportunities to see lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes and, with luck, black rhinos, as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and many other species.Enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic picnic site inside the park before continuing your game drive into the afternoon. Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater game drive
After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive.The world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, Ngorongoro stretches approximately 20 kilometres across and reaches around 600 metres deep. Its unique ecosystem supports an exceptional concentration of wildlife.Look out for the endangered black rhino, lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and hyenas. Lake Magadi often attracts flamingos and other birdlife, adding colour to the crater’s already striking scenery.Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor before continuing your game drive. Day 3: Tarangire National Park, then return to Zanzibar
After breakfast at around 7:00 AM, depart for Tarangire National Park for your final game drive.Tarangire is known for its large herds of elephants, seasonal swamps, open savannah and iconic baobab trees. Its landscapes attract a rich variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and many bird species.Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing to Arusha Airport for your 4:30 PM flight back to Zanzibar, arriving at approximately 5:45 PM. On arrival, our driver will meet you and transfer you to your Zanzibar hotel.Meal plan: Half board
