After breakfast, your driver-guide will collect you from the lodge and depart for Tarangire National Park with packed lunch boxes. Enjoy a full-day game drive through this scenic and wildlife-rich park.

Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds, towering baobab trees and diverse landscapes, ranging from seasonal swamps to open savannah. The Tarangire River is an important water source for wildlife during the dry season. Look out for lions, leopards, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, giraffes and a rich variety of birdlife.

After breakfast, depart Karatu for Serengeti National Park with a packed lunch. Travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before entering the Serengeti, enjoying wildlife viewing along the way.

The Serengeti is famous for its vast herds of wildebeest, zebras and antelopes. It is also home to an impressive population of resident predators, including lions, leopards and cheetahs.

After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Serengeti National Park. Search for wildlife across its vast plains, river valleys and kopjes, stopping for a picnic lunch at a suitable site in the park.

After breakfast, depart Serengeti National Park for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with packed lunch boxes. Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for an extensive game drive.

Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and one of Africa’s great natural wonders. Its floor supports around 30,000 large mammals, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs and, with luck, the endangered black rhino. It is also home to an abundance of birdlife, including flamingos, eagles and buzzards.

After an early breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park with packed lunch boxes. Enjoy a game drive in this beautiful park, known for its tree-climbing lions, large troops of baboons, elephants, giraffes and abundant birdlife.

Explore its groundwater forest, open plains and soda lake, where flamingos and hippos may be seen. After the game drive, continue to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.
